1 1/4 cups soft butter
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups sifted cake flour
7 eggs (I make this when they are on sale!)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp lemon extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Cream butter and sugar, lemon and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add flour and mix well. Pour into a fluted bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour.

Named for Grandpa Travis Hayden. It always was on top of the refrigerator – just cut off a hunk and call it breakfast.
