I small container sour cream
3 tbsp mayonaise
zest and juice of one lime
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 ripe avocado
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl, and use an immersion blender to combine. Can also use a food proceser. Adjust seasonings to taste. Add more lime juice if too thick.
