2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 small onion diced
1 can black beans (14 oz)
1 can fire roasted tomatoes (14 oz)
1/2 can green chili's (4oz) or 2 jalapeno peppers diced
1 chicken breast
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup cilantro
2 limes
1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
shredded cheese
flour tortillas
avocado

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil in large saucepan.
Add onions and cook for 2 min.
Add garlic and chilies (or jalapeņos) and cook for 1 min.

Add chicken broth, tomatoes, and beans to the saucepan and bring to boil.
Once boiling, reduce to simmer, add the chicken and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Remove the chicken and let cool. Once cool, shred the chicken and return it to the saucepan,
Add salt and pepper, cilantro and the juice from 2 limes.

Ladle into soup bowls and top with shredded cheese, tortilla strips and avocado slices
