1 eggplant
olive oil
harissa paste
garlic
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Slice eggplant lengthwise about 1" thick.

Fry sliced eggplant (both sides) in olive oil over medium high heat until they turn a mahogany color and become soft. Drain on paper towel.

Season to taste with harissa, garlic, and lemon juice. Alternatively, instead of harissa use Sriracha sauce.
