1 loaf French bread, sliced length-wise
1 8oz. block cream cheese, softened
1 cp. shredded cheddar cheese
1 cp. shredded swiss cheese
1 cp. Monterey jack cheese
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic salt
1-2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix chesses with mayo and garlic salt. Spread over cut sides of bread. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Bake 15 min. or until toasted.
