1 med. head of cauliflower
2 T flour
2 cups half and half
3/.4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup onion
2 cups Cheddar cheese
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cups chives or parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower barely tender that you have cut into pieces reserving one cup of water.
3 qts. saucepan, melt the butter add onion and lightly saute until limp.
Blend in flour, making a roux add broth.
Bring mixture to boil stirring.
Stir reserved water half and half, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
Add cauliflowerettes and bring to a boil stir in cheese and sprinkle with parsley.
