2 T. butter
2 cups diced potatoes
1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk
¼ cup flour
Salt and pepper
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups water
2 cups corn
½-1 cup diced cooked ham

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onions in butter until tender and transparent. Add potatoes to pot along with the 2 cups of water, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender. Add evaporated milk, corn and ham. Blend flour and ½ cup water and add to chowder. Stir constantly until thickened. Can sprinkle paprika on top if desired.
