1 cup (about 1/4 lb.) mushrooms
1 T chopped onion (or little more)
2 T butter
2 T flour
2 cups chicken broth (or beef)
1/2 cup light cream
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice Mushrooms thru caps and stem (or chop)
Coke with onion in butter for five min.
Blend in flour; add broth, cook and stir till slightly thickened.
Cool slightly
Add cream and seasonings
Heat thru- serve at once

This could actually be Keto!! Well except for the flour. But maybe you could use almond flour. Or just let that 2 T of flour be your 20 carbs for the day!! Also use a heavy cream if you make it Keto.
