1lb hamburger
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. oatmeal
vegetable oil
1 egg

Directions:
Smash hamburger, egg and oatmeal. Sauté onion in vegetable oil. Form meatballs, sauté meatballs in oil until brown on each side. Keep meatballs moist not dry

Add meatballs with onions to your favorite spaghetti sauce. Simmer for about 1 hour

Serve over noodles
