Personal Notes:
My personal favorite Cheddar Cheese recipe. I remember as a teenager going to the Print Shop before a dance, or on a date etc. and when you would sit down they would serve this soup while you looked at the menu. They would put a Soup Tureen full of soup at your table and you could dish up as much as you wanted. Such great memories I am pretty sure I would always order their Prime Rib. Delicious! It was located across from the Salt Palace in downtown SLC. But it isn't there anymore!
The reason they called it the Print Shop is that is what it used to be before It was a restaurant. It was a very old building. I was sad to see it go.
