Ingredients:  
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 teas. salt
1 1/4 cups and 2 T veg. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 egg
1/4 cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and salt.
Add shortening and blend with pastry cutter
Beat together vinegar, egg and water.
Add to the flour mixture with a fork
Until ingredients are moistened,
Cut in 2 and use 1/2 for each crust.
Roll out until very think and fit into pan.
Bake for 40 minutes at 425 degrees
