1 T butter
3/4 cup mushrooms
2 T green onion
1/4 cup butter
Salt, pepper
2 cups whipping cream
Diced ham
4 eggs
1/4 pound Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1 T butter into uncooked pie crust
Saute mushrooms, green onion and butter, salt, pepper
Add diced ham.

Blend 4 eggs and cream.

Add cheese to pie crust, then mushrooms, green onion butter and ham

Poor eggs and cream in last.

Make for 15 minutes at 425 degrees
Then turn down oven to 325 for 35 minutes
