One 9 inch crust uncooked

1 cup Swiss cheese or Monterey
1/3 cup onion
4 eggs
2 cups half n half
3/4 teas. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 cyan or red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onion and 4 beaten eggs, half n half , salt , pepper cyan or red pepper together.
Add cheese in bottom of pan then liquid.
Pour into a frozen or hand made pie crust.
Pour in oven so you don't spill while transferring it to oven.

For a crab meat, or shrimp Quiche add 1/3 of a pound in bottom of pie crust before you
put the liquid in.

For bacon: fry and crumble 1/2 pound crispy bacon

First meat, then cheese then beaten eggs and rest of ingredients.
Pour in oven so as not to make a mess.
