1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tbsp. white sugar (or Splenda)
1 (8.5 ounce) package Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:

Preheat oven 350º

Mix together all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

Bake 35-40 minutes or until a kife inserted midway into pan comes out clean.
