1 stick butter
1 large can evaporated milk
4 1/2- 5 cups sugar
Dash salt
6 cups miniature marshmallows
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips OR 2 cups peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large pan over low heat. Add evaporated milk, sugar, and salt. Cook to soft ball stage- 234º. Remove from heat, add marshmallows, vanilla, and chocolate chips OR peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Pour out onto greased 12x18 cookie sheet, let cool, and slice.
