1 cup cornmeal
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tarter
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 425.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Blend the mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing just enough to combine. Put batter into a greased 8" square pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve hot with homemade butter
