1 - 7½ oz. can crab meat or 6 oz. frozen
½ lb. butter
⅛ lb. Velveeta cheese
1 large loaf thin-sliced white bread

Press out all excess from crab meat. Melt butter and cheese over low heat. Add crab; mix well. Refrigerate until medium thick. Trim crusts from bread and rolls slices until very flat. As each is done, place in large plastic bag to keep from drying out. Spread each slice with crab mix about ⅛ inch thick. Toll up slice; cut in half. Place in plastic bag and freeze. These MUST be frozen before baking. Bake on a jelly roll pan or pan with sides for 20 minutes at 350º.
