2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. paprika
48 stuffed pimento stuffed olives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Blend together cheese and butter, using a mixer or blender.

Add flour and paprika. Mix thoroughly and shape 1 tbsp. of this mixture around each olive, dipping hands in flour to prevent sticking.

Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until golden.

If desired, prepared olive balls may be frozen until ready for baking.
