2 cups cold milk
2 packages instant jello pumpkin pudding
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip
1 baked pie shell

1/2 cup pecans
1 Tablespoon honey

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the first three ingredients well until thickened. Spread 1 1/2 cups in pie shell. With remaining pudding mixture, add 1 1/2 cups whipped topping; stir gently. Spoon over bottom layer. Top with remaining topping. Refrigerate 1 hour. Cook pecans with honey in skillet until caramelized. Set aside on waxed paper, spread apart. Cool and sprinkle on pie.
