1 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
3 tbsp. flour
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
1½ cups dry white wine
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove arlic, minced
French bread cut into small cubes or small bread sticks

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl toss together cheese, flour, salt and nutmeg. Set aside.

In a fondue pot over a heater or in a saucepan gently heat together wine, Worcestershire sauce and garlic, just to a slow boil. Gradually blend in cheese mixture, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until cheese melts and mixture is smooth.

Serve immediately using bread for dipping. Keep mixture hot.
