Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl with wooden spoon or by hand. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and/or Lawry's seasoning salt to taste (or your favorite seasonings). Shape into 8 small loaves and place on parchment paper on a large jelly roll pan. If you don't have parchment paper, aluminum foil works if sprayed with Pam. Mix sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover meatloaves completely in sauce. Bake in 350º oven for 45 minutes. Serves 8.

Notes: For a variation, add ½ pound of Jimmy Dean hot sausage and use 1 cup of oatmeal and ¾ cup cheese and chopped onion.
