Ingredients:  
1 cup milk
6 slices bread......soak together for several minutes

2 pounds hamburg
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
black pepper
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 - 1/2 cup parsley
Mix all together

4 eggs beaten
Pour in eggs until blended

8-12 thin bacon slices

Shape into loaf, lay bacon over top tucking underneath ends for support.

Sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
4 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
You can add hot sauce or Worcestershire sauce

Mix sauce, pour on top of bacon 1/3 of sauce. Bake 45 minutes at 350*. Then pour rest over meatloaf and bake another 20-25 minutes, brown bacon crispy.
