1 cup shortening
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2- 2 cups fruit pureed
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp salt
Nuts or raisins optional
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375
Mix shortening, sugar, eggs, and fruit together. In another bowl mix flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt together. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. You can add nuts or raisins. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes.
