2 cups zucchini pureed
1 1/2 cup sugar
2- 12 ounce cans evaporated milk
3 eggs
6 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 unbaked pie shells
Nutmeg
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 425.
Beat together ingredients until smooth. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake for 40-45 minutes. (Bake at 375 if using glass pans.)
