4 eggs
2 c. milk
2 tbsp butter (or bacon grease)
1¼ c. flour
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Beat eggs, add milk, butter, sugar, salt and flour.
Pour into preheated baking dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Edges will puff up like an omelet.

Cut into squares and serve with syrup.

Optional: You can fry bacon until crisp and crumble onto pancake before baking.
