1½ cups Organic Coconut Milk (Vanilla or Unsweetened as desired)
3-4 T. Organic Greek Vanilla Yogurt
½ cup fruit of your choice ( Blueberries, Rasberries, etc.)
1 Whole Banana
1 T. Peanut Butter
1 tsp. Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1 oz. Aloe Juice - I prefer Whole Leaf Aloe Vera Juice Concentrate
Add ½ Avocado for a thicker and richer smoothie
Optional - Kale

Put ingredients into a blender and mix on high for 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Makes a large enough serving that Nanc and I can both enjoy a glass. I find this a great quick and healthy option; suitable for breakfast or a quick lunch that allows us to get through a good part of the day without any additional cravings.
