2 cups selfing rising corn meal
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar

2 celery stalks
1 medium onion
1 can cream of chicken
1 can chicken broth
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp Poultry seasoning

Preheat oven 425
Mix corn meal, buttermilk, oil, egg, and sugar. Pour into greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool. Crumble corn bread into mixing bowl. Saute onion and celery. Mix with crumbled cornbread and add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
