2 lbs. round or chuck steak
½ cup floour
2 tsp. salt
½ tea. pepper
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 small chopped onion
1 can tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dredge steak in flour. Brown meat and onion in hot oil. Add tomatoes. Cover and cook over low heat or bake at 350º for about 1½ hours or until tender.
