1 large onion
canola oil
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
2 c frozen mixed vegetables
1 c mashed potatoes
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
pastry for double crust pie

Directions:
Directions:
1. In dutch oven, cook ground beef, pork and onions in oil. Remove from heat. Add veggies, mashed potatoes and seasonings.
2. Line pie plate with bottom crust. Fill with meat mixture. Place top crust on and seal edge.
3. Bake 375º for 30-35 min or until golden brown.
