1 package of white cake mix
2 ripened bananas
1/2 cup raisins
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup oil or butter
Grated nutmeg
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 teaspoon essence
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dried ingredients.
Add eggs, bananas, water, oil until soft consistency.
Pour into a 9" round container and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Cool and serve with banana ice cream and sprinkled icing sugar.
