1¼ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup sugar
½ cup (1 stick) butter, room temp. sliced
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine first four ingredients in a medium bowl and blend until finely crumbled. Pat dough into 8" or 9" baking pan with removable bottom. Press edges with tines of fork, gently prick bottom. Bake about 25 minutes until lightly golden. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Cut into portions with sharp knife. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Cool completely in pan about 30 minutes before serving.
