4 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts
1Cup CREAMY Caesar Salad Dressing
1 1/2 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

Optional: 1/2 Cup Sour Cream or Mayonnaise

1. Do not salt chicken

2. Heat oven to 375 & spray 8x11 baking dish with cooking oil.

3. If breasts are uneven thickness, place in ziplock bag & pound to 3/4-1" with meat pounder. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese & ground black pepper & place in baking dish.

4. Pour 1/4 cups Caesar salad dressing over each breast. (1 cup total for 4 breasts) then sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

5. Place chicken in oven & bake for 30 minutes.

6. Turn oven to broil & broil breasts an additional 2-4 minutes or until chicken turns golden. Can burn quickly so watch closely. Remove from oven, cover with foil & allow to rest 5-10 minutes before serving.

Optional: If you prefer thicker crust of sauce on top, add either 1/2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise to Caesar dressing & Parmesan cheese. Mix till well blended.
