2 # baby Yukon golds or red potatoes about 1-1 1/2 inches
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 water or chicken stock

Wash and pay dry potatoes
In small bow mix together the dry seasonings
Press sauté on Instant pot. When HOT appears on the display, add the oil and heat with the instant pot kids open.
Add potatoes in batches and arrange in a single layer. Toss in herb seasonings.
Cook, rolling the potatoes on all sides for about 5-6 minutes until lightly browned and crisp.
Using a fork pierce each potatoe.
Add water/broth, close and lock the lid. Press the manual button and adjust the cooking time to 7 minutes.
Once done, use quick release and then open lid and serve.
