1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 lb ground beef/pork/veal mix
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/2 tsp pepper
i clove garlic, finely minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 jumbo egg, or 2 medium/ large eggs

Directions:

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Form meatballs into desired size. Meatballs may be pan browned, or oven baked until cooked through.
