4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon iodized salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 sticks (1 cup) butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Line 24 muffin tins with paper muffin cups, or grease lightly if you don't use paper cups.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Beat together the eggs and milk, then add to dry ingredients, stirring gently with a fork until dry ingredients are just moistened. Stir in melted butter and divide among muffin cups. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.

This recipe can be doubled and frozen, as they freeze very well. To heat when frozen, put into the microwave for about 40 seconds.
