1/2 pound sweet italian sausage or breakfast sausage, casings removed and meat crumbled
1/2 pound button mushrooms, stems removed and caps cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 Tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoons chopped shallots
1 cup Gruyere or Swiss cheese, grated
