1 medium onion, chopped
1½ cups celery, diced
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1- 10½ oz. can of mushroom soup
1- 10½ oz. can chicken rice soup
1- 10½ oz. can beef consommé
¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
¾ cup regular rice, not instant

Directions:

1. Preheat ovrn to 325º F.
2. Simmer onion and celery in butter until tender.
3. Combine other ingredients with onion and celery in a buttered 2 quart casserole.
4. Cover and bake for 45 minutes;
5. Uncover, and continue baking for additional 30 minutes.
