3 pounds bottom round roast
2 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 cup beef broth
½ cup chopped onions
½ cup chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rub salt, pepper, paprika and garlic into meat. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
2. Next day, brown meat slowly in hot olive oil to a deep brown on all sides.
3. Place meat on rack in deep pan. Add broth and onions.
4. Cover and simmer 1½ hours (add more broth if needed).
5. Add chili sauce and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
6. Remove from pan and allow to sit 10-15 minutes before slicing/cutting.
