1 cup cold mashed potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1¾ sups flour
1 cup butter, chilled
2 Tablespoons sour cream
4 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the salt and flour together; cut in butter.
2. Add the sour cream, mashed potatoes and 3 egg yolks.
3. Knead together the dough and roll into a ball. Chill until it is firm.
4. Repeat the kneading of the dough and chilling.
5. When dough is thoroughly chilled, roll it out to ¼-inch thick.
6. Brush the dough with the remaining egg yolk; cut dough with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
7. Place on cookie sheet and bake in a 400º F. oven for 15 minutes or until golden.
