4 skinless breasts of chicken
1 can (3 ozs) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 soup can of sherry wine
paprika
cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish so pieces don't overlap. Cover with mushrooms. In a bowl, combine undiluted soup, sherry, and sour cream. Stir until blended. Pour over chicken, completely covering it. Dust top with paprika. Bake, uncovered, for about 90 minutes. Serve over cooked egg noodles
