1 Rotisserie Chicken, deboned and shredded
1 cup chopped white onion
3-4 sliced yellow squash
3-4 sliced zucchini
1 small bag carrot chips
1 tbsp minced garlic
5 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
8 cups chicken broth

Garnishes:
Chopped fresh cilantro to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Shredded Mexican Cheese
Sour cream
Corn Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Place garlic in the bottom of a large soup pot and cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Add all the main ingredients to the pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Sprinkle some Tortilla chips on top when serving and add other garnishes to taste.
