1 can beef both

1 small jar of mushrooms with liquid

Diced up your veggies for Trinity (for all you non- Cajun's) this would be onion, bell pepper & celery.

Tony Chacheré or what ever Cajun season you use.

1˝ cups uncooked rice

1 pound of crawfish (only if it is a product of Louisiana NOT just packaged there) if you can not find it substitute with shrimp

˝ stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sauté your Trinity for a few minutes in a large skillet using the butter; do not fully cook down.
Add your crawfish or shrimp and go to step two.

2. Add beef both, mushrooms and uncooked rice.

3. Cook on med- high heat for 20 minutes. Stirring 3 to 4 times. Once rice is thoroughly cooked
it is ready to be served.

So easy that even someone with novice cooking skills can rock this one! I have seen this served with crazy enough with potato salad and French bread.
