1 cup flour
1 cup milk
4 Tbsp sour cream or butter
4 eggs separated
dash of salt

Lingonberry preserves

½ cup butter
½ tsp grated orange rind
1 Tbsp orange juice
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Use a skillet or Swedish pancake pan

Combine milk, sour cream or butter, and egg yolks.
Add the flour and salt to form a thin batter.
Beat the egg whites and fold into the mixture.

Pour 1 Tbsp batter onto the heated and greased skillet for each pancake.
Turn when edges begin to brown.
Transfer to warm plate while rest of pancakes cook.

Combine the butter, orange peel,orange juice and sugar and beat until fluffy.

Serve pancakes with Orange Butter Topping and Lingonberry Preserves.
