2 cups sifted flour
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp butter
1 well-beaten egg
½ cup milk

2 Tbsp melted butter
3 Tbsp grated orange rind
½ cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Cover baking sheet with parchment paper

Combine the dry ingredients, then add the butter, egg and milk to form a soft dough.
Roll dough out on board into a square.

Combine the melted butter, orange rind and sugar to make the filling and spread it on the dough.
Roll like a jelly roll and slice into 1 inch pieces for rolls and place on the baking sheet.

Bake for 20 - 25 minutes
