½ cup marmalade
2 Tbsp soft butter

2 cups Bisquick
⅔ cup milk

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425º
8x8x2 pan

Combine marmalade with soft butter and spread in the bottom of the pan.

Combine the Bisquick and milk and stir with a fork to form a soft dough.
Beat vigorously about 20 strokes.
Roll dough around on board lightly dusted with Bisquick
Knead gently about 8 to 10 times.
Roll into an 8 inch square and cut into 36 small squares.

Lift biscuits with spatula into pan. they need not be separated.

Bake 15 - 20 minutes.

Invert pan onto serving plate. Biscuits will break off into bite size pieces. Serve warm
