3 cans dark red kidney beans
1 can petite diced tomatoes
½ cup diced onions
½ cup diced celery
3 slices raw bacon, cut into ½ inch pieces
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Pinch of thyme
1 pound. smoked sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT sausage in a 2 quart sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 90 minutes.

Cut sausage into bit size pieces. Add to beans and simmer an additional 30 minutes.

Serve over rice.
