Stew meat
2 - beef boullion cubes
1½ c. chicken broth
1 onion or garlic chopped
1 c. crushed tomatoes
1 - 2 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. chili powder
dash cumin
garlic salt
salt & pepper
carrots - cut into small pieces
potatoes - cut into small pieces
green beans -( I usually use the canned green beans)
celery- cut into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew meat in a stock pot, add onion and or garlic. Add the beef boullion, chicken broth and add about 2 or 3 cups water. Add tomato juice & crushed tomatoes. Add spices and all the vegetables. Let simmer for about 1 hour.
