2 litre 3% yogurt
1 cup powder sugar or honey to taste
Saffron,cardamon, almonds and pista

Directions:

1. Tie yogurt in a muslin cloth and hang it overnight
2. Transfer the strained yogurt into a bowl, add sugar and stir well
3. Garnish it with saffron, almonds and cardamon and serve chill.
4. Cut fruits or mangoes in season can be added (optional)
