1 cup oil
1½ cup sugar
3 egg (beat one at a tine)
2¼ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
5 apples (diced)
1 tsp vanilla
chopped nuts

1. Mix all ingrediants together and pour into a greased 9"x14" pan


Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350º oven.
