¾ cup fresh Cilantro
½ cup fresh flat Italian Parsley
⅓ cup Red Wine Vinegar
5-6 cloves garlic or 2 Tbs. of chopped garlic
¼-1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in food processor, slowly adding in olive oil until sauce is thick, but not too runny. . Add salt and pepper to taste



Note: Great over steak, chicken, pasta and in tacos, burritos and enchiladas

One of our favorite dinners is grilled flank steak over Parmesan or garlic risotto and topped with chimichurri sauce
